A complete redesign of an established e-commerce platform focusing on improving user experience, streamlining the checkout process, and increasing conversion rates.

The client was experiencing high cart abandonment rates and user feedback indicated confusion in the navigation and checkout process. The challenge was to simplify the user journey while maintaining all necessary functionality.

Solution

I implemented a minimalist design approach with clear visual hierarchy, simplified navigation, and a streamlined checkout process. The redesign included custom iconography, improved product filtering, and a mobile-first responsive design.
